6. Payment Terms

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies will be outlined in your project agreement. Generally, work completed up to the cancellation date is billable, and deposits are non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

MAY STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAY STUDIO from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information without your consent, except as required by law.

13. AI-Generated Content

Our services utilize artificial intelligence technologies. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may have limitations. We will work with you to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
